Entry is great value for the whole family. All prices shown are for gate admission on show day.
Pre-Sold Family Tickets
The pre-sold family ticket at $30 is the best value way for families to attend the show. Tickets are available to purchase from the Show Office during show week (the week leading up to show day).
Pre-sold tickets are not available online — they must be collected in person from the Show Office before show day. Watch our social media pages and this website for announcements on when the Show Office is open.

Entry Forms

Deadlines
Pavilion entries and fees must be submitted by Wednesday 30 September 2026. Exhibits must be delivered by noon on Friday 2 October.
Horse Entries
Horse entries are accepted on the day at the main gate. No prior registration required. See the horse programme for class details.
Entry Fees
Competition entry fees vary by section and category. Full details are included in the entry form schedules available from the Secretary.
Exhibiting
All pavilion exhibits must be delivered to the showgrounds by noon Friday 2 October. Exhibits may be collected from 4:00 pm on show day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there parking at the showgrounds?
Yes — parking is available at the Nathalia Recreation Reserve.
We recommend arriving early as the showgrounds can get busy. Please follow
directions from parking attendants on the day.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs on leads are generally welcome at the show. Please be mindful of
livestock areas. Contact the Secretary to confirm the current policy.
Is the show accessible for prams and wheelchairs?
The showgrounds are largely flat and accessible. Some areas may have uneven
ground. If you have specific accessibility questions, please contact us in advance.
Are there ATMs or EFTPOS facilities at the show?
We recommend bringing cash as not all stalls accept card payments. Check with
the Secretary closer to show day for confirmed payment options at the gate.
What happens if it rains?
The Nathalia Show is an outdoor event and runs in all weather conditions
(except in extreme circumstances). We recommend bringing wet weather gear
if the forecast looks uncertain.
